This page provides links to resources that provide clean, healthy, generally toxic free products or items to maintain a healthy home environment that Fuyiu purchases through in order to heal from current neurotoxicity {mold/mycotoxicosis, heavy metal toxicity}. Too many of our everyday products — packaging, skin care, cosmetics, supplements, pantry and food items, hand/dish/dishwashing soaps and other cleaning solutions, laundry, drinking water, etc. — contain hidden toxins. As always, please do your own research for your & your family’s level of needs. [While there may be a few referral links below, Fuyiu is not an affiliate of any of these companies. She just wishes to share her healthy findings!]

Thrive Market: click here to browse ThriveMarket.com and receive a % off your first order [while gifting Fuyiu referral cash at Thrive for her future orders]!

Thrive Market is an online Market — with competitive pricing to local stores — that provides more natural pantry/food items (even meat and wine), personal items, baby and pet items, household cleaning, and much more delivered straight to your doorstep. Moving towards reusable containers (for our own safety and the environment), unbleached (not chemically treated) coffee filters to feminine products, protecting our children and pets, reducing plastic packaging by buying organic bulk items [Thrive’s selection, quality, & fresh spices are wonderful!], while supporting Certified B Corps and no animal testing is what Thrive Market is about. While there is a membership fee, for every membership fee paid, a free membership is given to a family {such as a single mother with an Autistic child} in need of clean, healthy, toxic free, additives free, products.

Kettle & Fire Bone Broths and Bone Broth Soups: click on this link for $ off your first order online [and you'll gift Fuyiu $ towards more bone broth as well]!

While Fuyiu tends to make her own bone broth, she found Kettle & Fire Keto Bone Broth Soups and knew it would be prudent to have them on hand in case there were times she wasn’t well enough to make her own. Made from clean & quality sourced ingredients, these bone broths have delicious flavors where you’ll forget that you’re drinking a bone broth! They offer regular bone Broths (for sipping and cooking with); Soups such as Butternut, Tomato, Beef Chili, Thai Chicken Curry, and others; as well as Keto Soups such as Broccoli Cheddar, Butter Curry, Mushroom Bisque, and others. Fuyiu has found them nutritionally satisfying, easy to digest when eating is difficult, and very tasty so she certainly wanted to share this find!

Camano Island Coffee:  click here for ethically sourced coffee [and using this link gives Fuyiu a little cashback towards future healthy coffee purchases]!

Camano Island Coffee is Certified Organic, Shade-Grown, and Fairly Traded, thus preserving the environment and prevent human poisoning from pesticides. By ethically sourcing their coffee beans and “invest[ing] in non-profits so that we can give a hand up, and not a handout. Your coffee can make a difference.” Camano gives free or $1 bags of coffee for first time subscribers — this is how Fuyiu tried her first bag & fell in love with the quality, taste, and philosophy of Camano. The Central American Blend is one of Fuyiu’s favorite as it is balanced, low acidity (as a flavor profile), low tartness, bold yet not heavy or smoky when extracted on an espresso machine!

Rakuten: while not a health conscious site, per se, Fuyiu’s need to be practical & frugal, while unable to work, found the cash rewards truly beneficial! Here’s Fuyiu’s Rakuten link which gives both parties $ rewards after your first purchase.

Perhaps many of you have heard all the Rakuten, formerly eBates, commercials and perhaps many of you have been uncertain of it’s validity. Fuyiu admits that she was quite skeptical of the cashback rewards offered by Rakuten, too, but decided to try it and wait to see if that quarterly payment was real. It is real indeed! And easy: it just requires a new habit to click through Rakuten to go to the online store you want to shop at in order to trigger the cashback; there are some offers to receive cashback when shopping in store as well. A plethora of stores with varying % cashback are found on Rakuten. Look up your store — or even a specific item which may be offered via various stores — and click through using Rakuten’s smartphone app (which appears easier than the website) to begin doing your online shopping at your store as usual. The key is to use Rakuten as you do your shopping as usual; it isn’t necessarily an excuse to shop more! One can even maximize the rewards by shopping through Rakuten, while using a reward credit card or store points and incentives. It’s easy to check your progress and the quarterly cashback payment can be sent via check or a PayPal deposit. There’s actually nothing to lose, and only cashback to receive, when trying Rakuten.
